Reset your password

Call the HCV office for a reset code (it starts with RST- and works for 72 hours), then enter it with your account email and choose a new password.

Accounts are opened with a printed invitation code from the HCV office, so only the owner of record can get in.
Too many wrong attempts pause sign-in for 15 minutes.
Bank and payee changes are never made online — the office verifies each one with you first.
