Board of Commissioners

The Board of Commissioners sets the authority’s policies, adopts its plans and budget, and oversees its work. Its meetings are open to the public.

Open meetings

Under the Open Public Meetings Act, meetings of the Board are open to the public. Notice of each meeting, with its date, time, place and agenda when available, is posted at least 48 hours in advance.

Members of the public may speak during the public comment portion of each regular meeting. Comments are usually limited to a few minutes per person.
