Draft PHA Annual Plan FY2027: comments and public hearing

The draft PHA Annual Plan for FY2027, including the Capital Fund annual statement and proposed changes to the ACOP and the HCV Administrative Plan, is available for public review for 45 days.

Read it in the document library or at the main office and at each development's management office. Send written comments to the Executive Office, 400 Commerce Street, or to executive@northgateha.example.org.

A public hearing will be held on December 8, 2026 at 6:00 pm in the Authority Board Room. The Resident Advisory Board's comments will be included with the plan sent to HUD.
