Riverside Gardens boiler replacement: short heat interruptions

New boilers are being connected building by building. Heat and hot water will be off for up to 8 hours on each building's day.

The boiler replacement at Riverside Gardens, funded by HUD's Capital Fund, is in its final phase. Each building will be switched to its new high-efficiency boiler on a weekday between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm.

You will get a notice on your door at least 48 hours before your building's day. Heat and hot water may be off for up to 8 hours. Space heaters are available from the management office for seniors, families with infants and anyone with a medical need.

If your heat is not back by 6:00 pm on your building's day, call the emergency line at (973) 555-0199.
